For your convenience, the house features a keyless entry system. Unless prior arrangments have been made your unique entry code will be sent to you via email at 3:00 pm for your 4:00 pm check-in.

NO SMOKING

Smoking of ANY kind in the home is not allowed and will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

TRASH DAY IS TUESDAY

Simply move trash can to the curb for preparation of an early morning Tuesday trash pick-up.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

Per AirBnB strict party ban and owner policy, parties and/or events are NOT allowed on the premises. This rule is strictly enforced.

Outside quiet hours are 9PM - 7AM. Please be courteous and respectful to the neighbors.

PETS

We love our furry friends! Dogs are permitted at this property for a fee and with preapproval:)

Fireplace

There is a button on the front of the fireplace that turns it off and on.

Thermastat 1

Located in hallway: The dial on the right is a touch screen that can move up or down, by sliding it with your finger. Snowflake emoji means cooling, flame emoji means heating.

BACKYARD/OUTSIDE

HOT TUB

Fold cover in half, then go to backside to use the handle attached to the spa base to slide the cover off (it does the work for you so just slowly guide it).

Use Jets button to change from Off-Low-Medium-High.

Use Lights button to adjust color and dimmer.

Go to Settings to see Temp Gauge and it's easy to adjust - Max is 104.

Please replace cover when not using, and drop Temp to 90 degrees on day of checkout.
