  • Welcome to Viva Las Scottsdale!

We hope you have the best possible time during your stay.

That being said, we appreciate your help in keeping this neighborhood a quiet and family-friendly one. Please respect the City of Scottsdale’s quiet hours, which are between 10 PM and 6 AM. Our neighbors have requested that you please keep the noise level down outside in the front and backyard, between said hours.

    Thank you!

    POOL SAFETY

    *Swim at your own risk*

Caution must be taken when using the pool. Diving is not safe as the pool is too shallow.

Please do not use glass near the pool. Plastic outdoor drinkware can be found in the kitchen cabinets.

Pool service days are Mondays and Thursdays. We kindly ask that you allow our technicians to perform service when they arrive so that we can keep the pool sparkling clean for all our guests! Service takes about 15-20 minutes, and then they will be out of your way 

Please contact your host immediately if any loss or damage occurs during your stay, so that any necessary repairs can be made right away, both for your safety, and to ensure that the next guest has access to all anticipated amenities. If unreported loss or damage is discovered after your stay, the cost of repair and/or replacement will be deducted from your security deposit.
