For your convenience, the house features a keyless entry system. Unless prior arrangments have been made your unique entry code will be sent to you via email at 3:00 pm for your 4:00 pm check-in. Simply unlock by entering code in keypad and hit Yale button on the top to open.

To provide our guests with the safest, cleanest, and best experience possible, we'd like to remind you of the following house rules...

NO SMOKING

Smoking of ANY kind in the home is not allowed and will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

TRASH DAY IS THURSDAY

Simply move trash can to the curb for preparation of an early morning Thursday trash pick-up.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

Per AirBnB strict party ban and owner policy, parties and/or events are NOT allowed on the premises. This rule is strictly enforced.

Outside quiet hours are 9PM - 7AM. Please be courteous and respectful to the neighbors.

PETS

We love our furry friends but unfortunately we don’t allow pets on this property.
