No Garbage or garbage bags in the pink recycle bin Garbage found in the recycle bin will result in a $25 charge

-All garbage needs to be taken to the Big Black Dumpster in the back alley (gate key hanging in kitchen)

No confetti - this has proven to be problematic for the cleaning crew

No taping or pinning decorations on the wall or ceiling unfortunately this wreaks havoc on the paint. Be creative, just please don't hang stuff on the walls or ceiling.

Noise: Outdoor noise is limited after 11pm. Please be respectful of neighbors. Noise violations will result in a fine.

Glass: Please limit glass outside to avoid breaking. We have provided plastic barware

Smokes: Please put all cigarettes and cigars out in the provided ash trays.

Toilets: Toilet paper and feminine products ONLY - (sewage problems are gross)

Gentlemen, please dispose of protection in the garbage…Safety first:)

WELCOME

We have tried to provide everything you need to begin your stay in luxury! Morning snacks and coffee pods for the Keurig should get you through at least 1 morning. Toaster, blender, and a full coffee maker are also in the kitchen. Laundry pods and softener are by the washer/dryer. Irons in each of the rooms.

MUSIC

Stream music from your iPhone or Apple device to the Soundbar above the TV (step stool in blanket basket)

a. Connect to the Vizio soundbar by pushing the top button to power on (1 glowing dot in center will indicate power is on)

b. Hold the Bluetooth button on the soundbar (middle button), and then pair to your device.

c. Adjust the volume with your phone, and via the Direct TV remote or Vizio remote: volume +/- button

TELEVISION

1. DirecTV: Press the "On" button on the DirecTV remote, and both the TV and Soundbar will turn on. The TV input should automatically turn to the DirecTV input

POOL:

Pool towels (teal & white stripped) are located in the linen closet in the guest bath. Please do not use bath towels for the pool.

Always swim with a buddy- Its much safer and waaay more fun!

Don't enter the pool under the influence of alcohol or medications - Swimming under the influence poses risks:

Alcohol and some medications can impair your ability to swim and affect other motor skills, as well as breathing and orientation.

NO DIVING or flips into the pool- Diving head first or flipping into the pool can result in spinal injuries.

Absolutely NO GLASS in or around the Pool. This is critical, as broken glass ruins it for everyone. We have provided plastic cups and plastic bar ware to avoid this.

Check Out - 11:00am (15min late will result in a $25 charge, 30min late will result in a $50 charge unless otherwise negotiated)

Please tidy up and leave the house how you found it (for the most part)

Please leave all used beds unmade so the cleaners know which linens to launder

Pick up all trash, bottles, cigarette butts, etc. (Cigarette butts on the ground will result in a $10 penalty per cigarette).

Lock all exterior doors, and return keys to the lock box

Load dirty dishes into dishwasher and run

Empty trash in kitchen and back patio

Please take trash out to the large black bin behind the back alley, through the backyard gate (key on main key ring).

Empty recycle into the pink bins on side of house (NO GARBAGE BAGS IN RECYCLE BIN) we get nasty grams from the City ~Also we are recycling freaks:)

If you are there on Sunday night/ Monday morning, and can put pink recycle bin on the street, that is greatly appreciated
