  • Check-In Time - Anytime after 4:00. Occasionally we accommodate early-checkin if you contact us in advance.

    Gaining Access - The access code for your stay will be the last four digits of your personal cell phone. To lock, press the lock icon.

  • No Parties

    No Unauthorized Guests

    No Smoking of any kind Inside the home. Signs of smoking will incur a $500 fine.

    Do not use washcloths to remove makeup

    Please keep noise to a minimum out of respect to our neighbors and to avoid complaints or cops called.

    Quiet time outside begins at 9pm.

    No Music or gathering in the front yard/driveway.

    Cleaning - We strive to create a clean and safe household for you and your family to enjoy. We appreciate you tidying up before checkout.

    Pool - There is no lifeguard on duty. Use at your own risk.

    DO NOT remove pool vacuum from water for any reason.

    Pool Heating - $50/day. Requires at least 24-hour advanced notice and must be paid prior to check in.

    Trash - Trash is on the side of the home. Trash is black bin & Recycle is Pink. Trash is collected on Wednesday and Recycle on Mondays. No need to worry about taking it out, CanMonkey will put it out and bring it back in.

    TV Instructions - All TVs are “smart” with streaming capabilities available for your favorite apps like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, Disney + etc.

    (Don’t forget to log out of any personal accounts before check out.

    Garage AC - For Split Unit use the small white remote to turn on and adjust the AC in the garage. Please TURN OFF when leaving the garage.

  • Check-Out - Any time before 10:00 AM. We ask that you are considerate of the next guest arriving. Please be sure to complete checkout via the Airbnb App.

    BEFORE LEAVING:

    Bedding - Leave used beds unmade.

    Dirty Dishes - Please load and start the dishwasher.

    Power Off - Turn off stove, heater and lights.

    Furniture - Replace any furniture that was rearranged.

    Trash - Take trash outside. I’m sure the property smelled nice and fresh when you arrived. Please make sure our next guests have the same experience.

    Doors - Make sure all doors are locked.
