Cleaning - We strive to create a clean and safe household for you and your family to enjoy. We appreciate you tidying up before checkout.
Pool - There is no lifeguard on duty. Use at your own risk.DO NOT remove pool vacuum from water for any reason.
Pool Heating - $50/day. Requires at least 24-hour advanced notice and must be paid prior to check in.

Trash - Trash is on the side of the home. Trash is black bin & Recycle is Pink. Trash is collected on Wednesday and Recycle on Mondays. No need to worry about taking it out, CanMonkey will put it out and bring it back in.
TV Instructions - All TVs are “smart” with streaming capabilities available for your favorite apps like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, Disney + etc.
(Don’t forget to log out of any personal accounts before check out.
Garage AC - For Split Unit use the small white remote to turn on and adjust the AC in the garage. Please TURN OFF when leaving the garage.

This house was amazing. The pictures are awesome but the place itself was even better. My family loved the fireplace area in the backyard. The kitchen had everything needed and the cleanliness was an A+. Highly recommend this place , even more because David was such a great host. Very easy to reach and replied very quickly.

This location is awesome! We were so surprised that being right off Scottsdale Rd would be so quiet. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed all the great restaurants and shopping nearby. We go to Scottsdale every year and love this community—the pool is great! The beds were comfy and the fruit trees out back were so nice. Wonderful stay.

Beautiful home near the mall and all the restaurants. He left us so many clean towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Not to mention the complimentary bottles of wine and other beverages in the fridge. We really felt at home. The nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed at! He even let us check in early.
