When you arrive at the address you’ll look for Unit A. You will have 2 parking spots, one uncovered and one covered, at the end right before the visitor spots.

You’ll go in through that gate and you’ll see the French door entrance. You’ll see a door lock on it, your door code is the last 4 of your phone number, use that to unlock. The front door will also be the same door code.

No Smoking. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars, and medicinal or recreational marijuana. If you smoke, please do so away from the building. Evidence of smoking inside the house will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

Music - Please keep music at a reasonable level at all times. Respecting our neighbors is always a priority for us.

Patio Furniture and Chairs – Please push in the patio chairs to the table when done. Wipe down the table after you use it.

Cleaning - We strive to create a clean and safe household for you and your family to enjoy. We appreciate you tidying up before checkout.
