  • Check-In Time - Anytime after 4:00. Occasionally we accommodate early check-in if you contact us in advance.

    Your Assigned Parking spot is #253

    Please be sure to only use the additional parking spots in the uncovered row facing the Miller Rd. DO NOT park in the temporary parking spots over the time limit. Maya management will tow your vehicle.

    Gaining Access - Your ACCESS CODE for the front door is LAST 4 DIGITS of YOUR PHONE NUMBER + (ENTER).

  • No Parties. No Events. No Exceptions.

    Pool/Hot Tub Area - access key card is on the wall hook by the front door.

    Please strictly adhere to all posted Pool Rules.

    Laundry room - located on the 3rd floor by the elevators (avoid using middle washer).

    No Smoking. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars, and medicinal or recreational marijuana. If you smoke, please do so away from the building. Evidence of smoking inside the house will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

    Music - Please keep music at a reasonable level at all times. Respecting our neighbors is always a priority for us.

    Patio Furniture and Chairs – Please push in the patio chairs to the table when done. Wipe down the table after you use it.

    Cleaning - We strive to create a clean and safe household for you and your family to enjoy. We appreciate you tidying up before checkout.

  • WI-FI Instructions

    TV Instructions - All TVs set up with streaming capabilities, stream your favorite apps like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, Disney + etc.

    (Don’t forget to log out of any personal accounts before check out)

  • Check-Out - Any time before 11:00 AM. We ask that you are considerate of the next guest arriving. Please be sure to complete checkout via the Airbnb App.

    BEFORE LEAVING:

    Bedding - Leave used beds unmade.

    Dirty Dishes - Please load and start the dishwasher.

    Power Off - Turn off stove, heater and lights.

    Furniture - Replace any furniture that was rearranged.

    Trash - Take trash outside. I’m sure the property smelled nice and fresh when you arrived. Lets make sure our next guests have the same experience.

    Doors - Make sure all doors are locked.
