Check-In Time - Anytime after 4:00. Occasionally we accommodate early check-in if you contact us in advance.
Gaining Access - your access code for the front door is last 4 digits of your phone number and # before and after, example #XXXX#. Press # for 3 seconds to lock the door when you leave.

Trash - Big Black Bin in the ally (keys for the lock in the kitchen)
Recycling Day - Monday
Pool Service - Tuesday
No Smoking. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars, and medicinal or recreational marijuana. If you smoke, please do so away from the building. Evidence of smoking inside the house will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
Music - Please keep music at a reasonable level at all times. Respecting our neighbors is always a priority for us.
Patio Furniture and Chairs – Please push in the patio chairs to the table when done. Wipe down the table after you use it.
Cleaning - We strive to create a clean and safe household for you and your family to enjoy. We appreciate you tidying up before checkout.
Pool - There is no lifeguard on duty. Use at your own risk.DO NOT remove pool vacuum from water for any reason.
Any damage to the pool and/or spa caused by Guest and any other persons on Property during the agreed upon Rental Period, including but not limited to: broken glass or other items introduced into the pool, contamination of the water, damage to the automatic cleaners or equipment, or excessive loss of water will result in charges to the Guest.

Please scan QR code located on the refrigerator for Wi-Fi access.
TV Instructions - All TVs set up with streaming capabilities, stream your favorite apps like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, Disney + etc.

BEFORE LEAVING:
Bedding - Leave used beds unmade.
Dirty Dishes - Please load and start the dishwasher.
Power Off - Turn off stove, heater and lights.
Furniture - Replace any furniture that was rearranged.
Trash - Take trash outside. I’m sure the property smelled nice and fresh when you arrived. Lets make sure our next guests have the same experience.
Doors - Make sure all doors are locked.
