  • Check-In Time - Anytime after 4:00. Occasionally we accommodate early-checkin if you contact us in advance.

    All guests will have access to two garage stalls and it is also ok to park in driveway. Please do not park on street and make sure any guests do not park on street.

  • Please respect the house.

    Do not smoke inside or anywhere on the property. Smoking in the property will result in a $1000 fine. The smoking rule applies to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and marijuana.

    It is essential that you respect the neighbors at all times.

    Please remember this is where some people live full time and it is not fair to them to have to deal with loud or unruly behavior. We will not tolerate any loud parties or disruptive behavior. If you cannot follow this rule, you will be asked to leave.

    Quiet hours are 10 PM.

    Please no loud activity outside past this time.

    No Pets are permitted.

    Unauthorized pet will result in $1000 cleaning assessment.

    No unregistered guests.

    We expect you to register the correct amount of guests with your booking and not to exceed that number without approval.

    Damaged Property.

    If you break anything during your stay or see something that is in need of repair please report this to the management staff so we can get it replaced or repaired immediately. We understand that things happen and we are much more lenient on damages when it is reported to us. We want to make sure that all systems are functional for you and all future guests so it is important that we know what needs repaired or replaced.

    Garbage and Recycling.

    Canisters are located on the south side of garage behind gate.

    Garbage pickup day is on Wednesday morning and is the black bin located behind the gates

    Recycling pickup day is on Tuesday morning and is the pink bins located behind the gates.

    On trash and recycling days if you can move the respective bins to the street curb for city pickup it is greatly appreciated . We will send you a reminder on your booking site the night before as well.

    TV Instructions for Main Living Area and Master Bedroom

    There are various tv types throughout the home. The following instructions are for the main living room tv and the Master Bedroom TV which are fun from Universal remotes.

    To activate remote lift off charging station which is located in the bar area and on the master bedroom nightstand.

    To power on TV push the Apple TV icon as shown below.

    Once the screen comes up you will push menu until the main app screen comes up as shown below.

    For live TV services including local channels, sports, and news we have provided Youtube TV as your viewing source.

    To access Youtube TV simply click on the app shown on the main app screen and it will come up.

    You can access a live tv guide from the live option and you can also watch on demand movies and shows from the home screen once in the app.

    You are welcome to log in to any of your own streaming services as well such as Netflix, Prime, and Hulu. Please remember to log out at departure.

    TV Instructions for Bedrooms

    Each bedroom has it’s own tv and there is also TV’s in the gym, patio area, and rootop bar area. The live TV service again is Youtube TV. To access follow the instructions below.

    From each remote you will power on the remote and locate the home button which will be in the middle of remote in each room.

    Push the home button until the apps screen appears and locate Youtube TV app. Once you click on it the instructions for use are the same as on main tv.

    Sonos Sound System

    The entire home is set up with a sonos sound system which can be operated from the IPADS located in the Home. From the home screen click on sonos app. You can change the room from the rooms option on the bottom of the screen and choose from a variety of music options.

    Please note that loud music on the outdoor speakers is not allowed, Please keep these outdoor speakers at a reasonable level at all times.

    Thermostat/Air Temperatures

    All thermostats are set up on the nest system. Please make sure that you leave the thermostats in auto and you can toggle between heating and cooling modes as desired. Please don’t set any schedules on the system as it is hard for future guests to understand . To change the temperature simply move the ring around outer area of the thermostat. There is 4 different zones in the home and each zone can be set at different temperatures.

    Gas Fireplace in Master Bedroom

    To start the fireplace in the master bedroom please follow the steps below.

    You will first need to start the gas to the fireplace by turning the key that is located on the side of the fireplace. Turn the key to open the gas line all the way up in a clockwise direction.

    There is two remotes on the master nightstand that will then turn on the fireplace and you can set it in the mode that you desire. These are the heatglo remotes.

    When done using the fireplace please turn off and turn key all the way counter clockwise to shut the gas off. It’s important that you follow both steps for safety reasons.

    Adjustable Beds

    Several beds in the home are equipped with adjustable options and remotes will be left on the bedside in the respective room.

    Steam Showers

    There is steam showers located in both Master bedroom bathrooms. The panel is shown below to start it. You simply power on the screen and set temp and press start. It may take awhile to come on once hot water starts.

    Laundry

    There is two washer and dryers located in the home for guest use. One is in the main floor area and the other is in the master bedroom. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided for guest use.

  • POOL RULES - IMPORTANT!!!

    It is extremely important to make sure and watch your kids around water. All guests understand that there is no lifeguard on duty and you swim at your own risk.

    Pool vacuum must stay in pool at all times or it can damage the pool equipment.

    Guests cannot adjust or alter any pool equipment other than changing the mode from spa to pool.

    Pool heating is an optional service and must be started by management prior to your stay.

    Spa Heating and Spa Use

    To heat the spa please follow the instructions below. Spa heating can be started from the IPAD located in the bar area downstairs.

    To heat spa locate the Aqualink icon at the bottom of the IPAD home screen.

    The pool controls will be in filter pump and pool heater mode .

    To activate the spa push the spa mode button and the spa heater button so they both turn green.

    The spa will take around 30-40 minutes to heat up.

    Jets timer is located on the half wall by the putting green and you can set the time that you desire the jets to run.

    Please make sure to return to IPAD when done using the spa for the day and click off both spa mode and spa heater buttons so they are no longer green. It is imperative that this happens so that the pool controls go gack in to pool mode to keep the pool heat going and the system to be cleaned.

    Grill Instructions

    There is a gas grill available for guest use . Extra tanks will be located in the garage. Please return empty canisters to the garage when they are empty so we can get them refilled.

    Games

    There are several yard games included for guest use which include corn hole, smash ball, and frisbee Kan Jam. Guests can also use the putting green and pool table. Please return games to the garage or under the patio after use to insure they are kept in good condition for future guests.

  • Check-Out - Any time before 11:00 AM.

    BEFORE LEAVING:

    Bedding - Leave used beds unmade.

    Dirty Dishes - Put any last minute dishes in the dishwasher.

    Power Off - Turn off stove, heater and lights.

    Furniture - Replace any furniture that was rearranged.

    Doors - Make sure all doors are locked.
