NUMBER OF GUESTS

To protect the health and safety of our guests and neighbors during this time (COVID), we are only allowing 6 guests on our property at any given time.

There will be a $100 charge for each person over 6.

NO SMOKING

Smoking of ANY kind, is NEVER allowed inside the home and will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. Any smoking must be done far away from any doors/open windows and all smoking remains must be properly disposed of. Any cigarette butts found in the yard will result in a $25 fine per occurrence.

NO PETS

Although we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed in or on the property and will result in an additional $300 cleaning fee.

NO GLASS

Glass cups, bottles, dishes, containers, etc. are not allowed in the backyard or on the patio. For your convenience, plastic dining and drinking ware have been provided for your outdoor enjoyment.

The yard and patio area will be thoroughly inspected after checkout. Any broken glass will result in a $100 fine.

TRASH & RECYCLING

We care about our planet and want to make sure we are doing what we can to help protect it!

All trash and recycling must be placed in the appropriate bins during your stay and prior to your checkout.

The BLACK trash bin is located in the alley through the gate in the backyard and the PINK bin is for recycling which is located along the side of the house.

Only loose, recyclable items are allowed in the recycling bin - the city will not pick up recycling if there are bags of any kind inside the bin.

A $100 fee will be charged for ANY GARBAGE, (regular trash), PLASTIC BAGS OR ANY OTHER NON-RECYCLABLE ITEMS put in the recycling bin.

The City collects recycle Friday mornings. Please set the pink recycle bin on the curb Thursday nights.

NO EVENTS OR PARTIES OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN OR ON THE PROPERTY

The City of Scottsdale has enacted a strict "no noise" policy. If police are called for a noise complaint they can issue the guests fines of up to $2500. This policy applies to everyone in Scottsdale whether you are a resident or not. The outside quiet hours are 10PM - 7AM. In addition, AirBnB enforces a strict "no party" rule. If there are complaints of a party at the property, you will be asked to immediately vacate the property and no refunds for unused nights will be given. Additionally, AirBnB has the right to immediately revoke your account and will terminate all access to their booking platform should you be found to be in violation of the "no party" rule.

Please be polite and courteous to the neighbors.

The house is equipped with high-speed internet which is available for use during your stay.

For the little ones, a highchair, pack n’ play and baby bath are available for use during your stay and can be found in the master closet.

BACKYARD/OUTSIDE

The backyard has a propane fire pit and propance space heaters available for your use. Please note, the firepit has to be manually lit. There are torch lighters in the top drawer of the kitchen island closest to the microwave. Additonal propane tanks are along the shared property wall on the south side of the yard.

The key to the locked side and back gate is hanging on the wall next to the back patio door. Please return the key to the hook when not in use to avoid loosing it.

There isn't an outdoor electrical outlet so in order to turn the outdoor bistro lights on, simply run the attached extension cord through the patio door or the bathroom window and plug in to the electrical outlet.

Check-Out - Unless previous arrangements have been made, checkout time is 11:00 AM.

It is very important that our cleaning staff has immediate access to the house after guest departure. As such, any late departure without prior approval from the host WILL result in a $25 late checkout fee which is charged in 15 min increments past the stated/agreed upon checkout time.

BEFORE LEAVING

PLEASE REMOVE ALL TRASH AND RECYCLE FROM THE HOUSE.

The BLACK communal trash bin is located in the back alley accessible via the gate in the backyard.

The PINK recycle bin is for loose, APPROVED RECYCLABLE ITEMS ONLY (please see list of approved items on next page). It is located along the side of the house closest to the garage.

**PLEASE NOTE**

The city will not pick up recycling if there are bags of any kind inside the bin.

A $100 fee will be charged for garbage (regular trash) OR bagged items put in the recycling bin.

PLEASE PLACE ALL USED TOWELS BY THE WASHING MACHINE

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY BEDS THAT HAVE BEEN SLEPT IN

PLEASE LOAD AND START THE DISHWASHER.

PLEASE PUT BACK ANY ITEMS USED DURING YOUR STAY (I.E.

IRONING BOARD, PACK N PLAY) AND RETURN ANY MOVED

FURNITURE TO ITS ORIGINAL POSITION.

PLEASE ADJUST THE AC/HEATER.

Between April 1st and November 1st, please turn AC up to 80.

Between November 1st and the April 1st, please turn AC/heater OFF.

PLEASE SECURE THE PROPERTY BY CLOSING AND LOCKING ANY

OPEN DOORS/WINDOWS, LOCK THE FRONT DOOR.
