HOUSE RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

To provide our guests with the safest, cleanliest, and best experience possible, we'd like to remind you that..

NUMBER OF GUESTS

Maximum occupancy shall not exceed 8 guests on our property at any given time. There will be a $100 charge for each person over 8.

NO SMOKING

Smoking of ANY kind, in or on the property, is NEVER allowed and will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. Any cigarette butts found in the yard will result in a $25 fine per occurrence.

NO PETS

Although we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed in or on the property and will result in an additional $300 cleaning fee.

NO GLASS

Glass cups, bottles, dishes, containers, etc. are not allowed in the backyard or on the patio. The yard and patio area will be thoroughly inspected after checkout. Any broken glass will result in a $300 fine.

TRASH & RECYCLING

We care about our planet and want to make sure we are doing what we can to help protect it!

All trash and recycling must be placed in the appropriate bins during your stay and prior to your checkout.

The BLACK trash bin is located in the alley through the gate in the backyard and the PINK bin is for recycling which is located along the side of the house.

Only loose, recyclable items are allowed in the recycling bin - the city will not pick up recycling if there are bags of any kind inside the bin.

A $100 fee will be charged for ANY GARBAGE, (regular trash), PLASTIC BAGS OR ANY OTHER NON-RECYCLABLE ITEMS put in the recycling bin.

Recycle is collected Friday mornings. Please place the pink recycle bin on the curb for collection Thursday night.

PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE POOL PUMP AND/OR POOL EQUIPMENT.

The pool has an automatic water filler on the side of the pool. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH OR REMOVE. Please do not remove the pool vacuum.

NO EVENTS OR PARTIES OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN OR ON THE PROPERTY.

The City of Scottsdale has enacted a strict no noise policy. If police are called for a noise complaint they can issue the guests fines of up to $2500. The policy applies to everyone in Scottsdale.

Please be polite and courteous to the neighbors and respect the outside quiet hours of 10pm - 7am.

Anytime before 11am.

All trash must be disposed of in the communal trash bins located in the alley accessible through the gate in the backyard.

The recycle bin on the side of the house is for city-approved recyclables only, NO TRASH.

It is very important our cleaning staff has immediate access to the house after guest departure. As such, any late departure without prior approval from the host WILL result in a $50 late checkout fee which is charged in 15 minute increments, past the stated checkout time.

Please complete the checkout procedures before departure.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES:

load and start the dishwasher

remove all trash & recycle from the house & place in the appropriate outside bins (see HOUSE RULES)

place all used/dirty towels by front door
